Terms of Service & Usage Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using FATORA Cloud. By creating invoices or using our cloud services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. License to Use & Free Lifetime Tier
FATORA Cloud grants you a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to create, customize, download, and archive invoices and thermal POS receipts without requiring a credit card. Core generation and export features remain available free of charge for freelancers, contractors, and businesses worldwide.
2. Intellectual Property & User Content Ownership
You retain 100% sole ownership of all corporate names, customer addresses, item catalogs, uploaded company logos, official stamps, and signatures inputted into your invoices. FATORA Cloud claims no copyright or proprietary rights over your generated documents.
3. Tax Compliance & Accuracy Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and statutory compliance of their tax rates, VAT numbers, Commercial Registrations, and itemized calculations submitted to government tax authorities (e.g. ZATCA, IRS, HMRC, ETA). FATORA Cloud operates strictly as a productivity software tool and does not provide legal or certified tax advisory services.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
You strictly agree not to use the platform for:
- Issuing fraudulent, forged, misleading, or fictitious invoices.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or spam via our email dispatch tool.
- Attempting to disrupt, abuse, or bypass Firestore rate limits or server infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We strongly recommend using the built-in "Save to Google Drive" and "Export JSON Backup" features to preserve permanent offline copies of your billing records.
