FATORA Cloud (operated by Ali Labs Industries) is committed to protecting your personal, business, and financial data according to global best practices, GDPR, CCPA, and Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Information We Collect
We strictly collect the minimum data necessary to allow you to generate, export, and manage professional invoices:
- Account Credentials: Name, email address, phone number, business/company name, Tax ID (VAT), and Commercial Registration (CR).
- Client Directory Records: Client names, contact phone, billing addresses, and VAT numbers optionally saved in your address book (up to 100 contacts).
- Invoice Line Items & Totals: Item descriptions, unit costs, tax rates, currency codes, uploaded logos, stamps, and digital signatures.
2. Google API Services User Data Disclosure
FATORA Cloud requests access to Google Drive strictly under the following limited scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
- Limited Purpose: Used exclusively to create and upload invoice PDF copies into your personal "Fatora Invoices" folder upon explicit action.
- No Broad Drive Access: The platform cannot and does not access, read, scan, or modify any files outside the files specifically created by Fatora Cloud.
- No Selling or Third-Party Sharing: We strictly do not share, sell, or transfer Google Drive data or tokens to third parties, nor do we use it for training AI models.
3. Data Storage, Hosting & Encryption
User account details and client address books are hosted in Google Cloud Firebase Firestore databases encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Robust database security rules guarantee strict isolation—no user can access another user's clients or drafts.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests
You retain full ownership of your data. You may modify, export, or permanently delete your account and records at any time. Under GDPR and PDPL compliance standards, complete purge cycles across database backups are completed within up to 90 business days.
